LICENSE MODELS

Choose between an individual license and standard license the license model that best fits your needs.

INDIVIDUAL LICENSE

For your specific applications and solutions we can arrange an individual license model with you.

STANDARD LICENSE

With the Standard License, we differentiate between a user-dependent Modeling License and a usage-dependent Runtime License with different pricing levels, so that you can scale as you wish.

MODELING LICENSE

You can choose between 3 versions of the Modelling License which differ in functionality and support.

The Modelling License versions include an Appollo Modelling Studio, an Appollo User Portal and the Camunda Community Platform for each development environment.

We offer an On Premise or Cloud installation for each Modelling License.

The SLA for the Platinum version can be individually contractually regulated as well as optional for the Gold version.

RUNTIME LICENSE

You can choose between 3 versions of the Runtime License, which differ in functionality and support. The Appollo User Portal and the Camunda Platform, required for the Runtime License, can be installed as often as desired. You can use both the Camunda Community Edition and the Camunda Enterprise Edition.

A Runtime License is billed monthly based on consumption by counting each node (Node Instanz = NI). A Node is an element of a BPMN, CMMN, DMN or a Client Service or Server Service Model. The consumption is therefore independent of the number of users or the hardware used.

For each version of the Runtime License 3 different amounts of Node Instances (NI) can be purchased as a basis. If this base amount of Node Instances is exceeded, they will be billed at the unit price per Flow Node Instance for the respective base amount.

No runtime license is charged for the development environment.
